ShareKelley Kronenberg Appoints Cole Kochman as Vice President of Client Relations
[Tampa, FL] – Kelley Kronenberg, a leading law firm, today announced the appointment of Cole Kochman as Vice President of Client Relations. In this role, Cole will work alongside Alida Verdino, President of Business Development, to strategically expand the firm’s client relationships and strengthen its market presence.
Cole brings extensive experience in account management, business development, and relationship building within the insurance industry. Most recently, he served as Director of Account Management at Paradigm, where he managed $140 million in business across three business lines and maintained specialty networks, care at home, and case management accounts for bill review companies and national carriers.
Prior to Paradigm, Cole held key positions at North American Risk Services, serving as Vice President of Business Development and Business Development Executive. In these roles, he built strategic relationships with senior executives from insurance carriers, managing general agents, brokers, municipalities, and self-insureds while traveling nationally to target decision makers and drive claims volume growth.
Cole graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Persuasion Track and minors in Advertising and Public Relations. During his undergraduate years, he earned Dean’s List recognition for four semesters and maintained MVFC Honor Roll status for three years. He was also a Division 1AA college football player at Youngstown State University, earning college letters.
He is an active member of Rising Insurance Star Executives, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to professional development and industry leadership.
