Kelley Kronenberg is excited to announce the addition of Jose Zalduondo as the new Partner and Business Unit Leader in our Workers’ Compensation Division in New York.
Jose Zalduondo brings over 16 years of experience in handling workers’ compensation cases. He has a strong background in defending employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators across New York and Florida. A significant part of his practice has been dedicated to representing large contractors, construction managers, professional employer organizations (PEO), and owners in various workers’ compensation claims within the construction industry. Jose is well-versed in representing clients during trials, motion hearings, pre-trial conferences, and settlement conferences.
