Leading this new venture is Andrew Labbe, who joins Kelley Kronenberg as a Partner and Business Unit Leader. With extensive experience and multi-state bar admissions, Labbe is poised to establish and grow the firm’s presence in the New England market.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience in First-Party Property Insurance Defense, as well as expertise in third-party liability claims, coverage opinions, contract disputes, construction defect cases, subrogation, and workers’ compensation defense. Notably, Andrew is Board Certified in Appellate Law by the Florida Bar, a prestigious designation that recognizes his expertise and experience in appellate practice. This certification, held by only a select group of Florida attorneys, underscores Andrew’s advanced level of skill and knowledge in handling appeals. His multi-state bar admissions in Florida, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania will be instrumental in serving clients across various jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Andrew held leadership positions including Chair of an Appellate Division, where he managed all aspects of appellate work. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and has been recognized for his academic and professional achievements throughout his career.
The new Boston office will initially focus on First-Party Property Insurance Defense, as well as General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense, with plans to further expand its practice areas to meet client demands in the region.
