A Practice Partner bridges the gap between the roles of Associate and Partner. Practice Partners are Associates who have maintained outstanding performance for an extended period and have developed expertise in their practice areas. During their time as Practice Partners, they are afforded leadership and business development training as well as mentorship to prepare them for the next step of becoming a Partner.
