ShareKelley Kronenberg Partner Marc Marra to Serve on The Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “I” of The Florida Bar
Kelley Kronenberg Partner Marc Marra, has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “I” of The Florida Bar. The term went into effect on April 1, 2021.
Grievance committees are made up of volunteer members, at least one-third of whom are not lawyers. Each of Florida’s 20 judicial circuits has at least one such committee. The grievance committee reviews complaints with much the same purpose as a grand jury. That is, the committee decides, after a case is submitted to them by bar counsel, whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the professional conduct rules imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida and whether discipline against the lawyer appears to be warranted.
Marc Marra is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice. With over nine years of experience, his practice focuses on assisting banks, lenders, mortgagees, and financial service providers with enforcing their rights in security instruments on real property. He protects, enforces, and litigates his clients’ rights in security instruments on real estate. He also represents Condominium Associations and HOAs throughout South Florida as general counsel.
