ShareKelley Kronenberg Welcomes Four Experienced Attorneys Across Key Practice Areas
Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce the addition of four accomplished attorneys: Vanessa Tobares, Sarah Taj, Vanessa Reynolds, and Marissa Kaliman. Each joins the firm in a distinct practice area, bringing extensive experience and specialized expertise to their respective teams.
Vanessa Tobares joins Kelley Kronenberg’s Fort Lauderdale office as a Partner, focusing her practice on professional liability defense and civil litigation. She brings extensive trial experience, having tried more than sixty-seven civil trials from jury selection to verdict across all sixty-seven counties in Florida. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Vanessa served as Senior Trial Attorney and In-House Counsel for a major insurance company, where she defended personal injury protection and medical payments claims throughout the state.
Sarah Taj joins Kelley Kronenberg as a Practice Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, focusing her practice on first-party property insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Associate Attorney handling complex property insurance litigation on behalf of a major property insurance corporation from inception through resolution. Sarah has taken and defended more than one hundred depositions of fact witnesses, public adjusters, contractors, and expert witnesses, and has successfully drafted and argued numerous substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions in limine.
Vanessa Reynolds, a Florida Bar Board Certified Health Law attorney, joins the firm as Of Counsel, focusing her practice on health law with an emphasis on transactional and regulatory compliance matters. With over three decades of healthcare law experience, Vanessa represents both institutional and individual providers in matters involving healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, licensure, Medicare and Medicaid disputes, and risk management.
Marissa Kaliman joins as Of Counsel, focusing her practice on business and corporate transactions, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance. She brings over sixteen years of combined legal and finance experience, helping companies develop and expand their businesses through practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
