ShareKelley Kronenberg Partner Louis Reinstein to Serve on The Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “A” of The Florida Bar
Kelley Kronenberg Partner Louis Reinstein has been appointed to serve a three-year term on the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “A” of The Florida Bar. The term went into effect on August 1, 2020. This is Louis’ second appointment for a 3-year term of service.
The grievance committee reviews complaints with much the same purpose as a grand jury. That is, the committee decides, after a case is submitted to them by bar counsel, whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the professional conduct rules imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida and whether discipline against the lawyer appears to be warranted.
Louis Reinstein is a Partner focusing his practice on Commercial Litigation, Police Professional Litigation, and Correctional Healthcare Matters. His extensive experience includes trial and appellate cases in state and federal civil courts. Among the matters, he has handled are civil rights actions, insurance defense, business litigation, commercial litigation, and premises liability claims.
