Kelley Kronenberg Partner Harsh Arora selected as 2022 Diversity Leader Award Recipient by Profiles in Diversity Journal

Profiles in Diversity Journal has selected Kelley Kronenberg Partner and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Harsh Arora, for the 14th annual 2022 Diversity Leader Award. This award recognizes those who work every day to expand and improve diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace and beyond.

“The organizations and individual leaders whose efforts are featured in the Journal’s upcoming issue (Q1 2022) represent the best of the best when it comes to putting diversity, inclusion, and equity at the center of every decision they make regarding recruitment, hiring, mentoring, recognition, support, and promotion,” says PDJ Publisher Jim Rector. “These organizations, and their individual diversity leaders, have created, and continue to support and champion, an intentionally open and inclusive culture. Even in a field populated by organizations that care about and support diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace, the class of Diversity Leader Award recipients for 2022 clearly stands out.”

Now in its 24th year of publication, Profiles in Diversity Journal is a quarterly B2B magazine, focusing on diversity and inclusion in business, government, nonprofit, higher education, and military settings. The Journal presents interviews, profiles, articles, and awards that highlight mission-driven leadership, best practices, workforce strategies, innovative ideas, and important individual contributions within the realm of diversity and inclusion.

Since 1999, Profiles in Diversity Journal has recognized the individuals and teams within organizations who create, develop, and promote strategies and initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace and the larger community.
