• Gary Brown – Gary Brown is a Partner and Chair of Kelley Kronenberg’s Construction Law Division. His practice focuses on complex commercial and general business litigation, as well as OSHA compliance. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law.  

• Howard Wander – Howard L. Wander serves as both a Principal Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Kelley Kronenberg. Howard oversees the firm’s Fraud Fighters team and workers’ compensation division. He also focuses on generating new business for the firm while expanding upon current business relationships and partnerships.  

• Jake Huxtable – Jake Huxtable is a Partner and Business Unit Leader focusing his practice on first-party property insurance defense, third-party liability insurance defense, and civil litigation.  

• Jason Vanslette – Jason Vanslette is an “AV” rated Partner and Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Division, which has expanded to include Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and New York. In his practice, he represents mortgage servicers, mortgage lenders, and other financial service providers with foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, and title litigation matters.     

• Jeff Wank – Jeffrey Wank is Chair of First-Party Property and Insurance Coverage focusing his practice on first-party property insurance Defense, including coverage and bad faith litigation. Jeffrey also handles the defense of a wide array of third-party insurance defense claims. 

• Natalie Kay – Natalie Kay is a Partner and Business Unit Leader, at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on family and marital law. She represents clients in dissolution of marriage, distribution of marital assets and liabilities, alimony, time-sharing, parenting, child support, modifications and enforcement, pre/postnuptial agreements, adoption services, paternity actions, parental relocation, and many other issues. 

• Talya Haas – Talya Haas is a Practice Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on labor and employment. Talya represents clients in state and federal civil litigation matters in a full range of employment-related claims including sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, wrongful discharge, and retaliation. 

• Tom Mersch – Tom Mersch serves as General Counsel to Kelley Kronenberg, based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale Office. 

• Charles Prior – Charles Prior is a Partner and Business Unit Leader in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. As part of his practice, he assists in handling matters related to general liability, first-party property insurance, criminal defense, and personal injury protection (“PIP”) defense. 

• Jason Silver – Jason Silver is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, where he concentrates on matters related to all aspects of mortgage foreclosure & default services, assisting banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional and litigation matters, and representing commercial property owners and property managers with tenant lease compliance and breach issues.
