Bankruptcy Attorney Aldo G. Bartolone, Jr., a Partner with Kelley Kronenberg’s Orlando office, is hosting a new radio talk show on Orlando’s top AM Hispanic station WRLZ 1270 Tuesdays from 11:30 to noon. The show covers a variety of bankruptcy topics, including what is bankruptcy, the differences between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, who qualifies for bankruptcy, and more. Listeners are also encouraged to call in with questions.

Mr. Bartolone heads Kelley Kronenberg’s Bankruptcy Department, and focuses his practice primarily on consumer and corporate bankruptcy. He handles cases under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the bankruptcy code. His practice also includes commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, as well as litigation in adversary proceedings.
Admitted to practice in both Florida and Texas, Mr. Bartolone is also admitted to practice in the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th circuit. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Mr. Bartolone is involved in the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and the Bankruptcy section of the Texas Bar.
Mr. Bartolone earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University in 1995 and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, in 1999.
