Overview

Kelley Kronenberg attorneys have represented the receiver in connection with SEC enforcement proceedings, including the pursuit of fraud and fraudulent transfer claims, marshaling assets for the benefit of the defrauded investors, establishing a claims process, and overseeing distribution to defrauded investors. 

Our attorneys have also been involved in litigation seeking the appointment of a receiver over commercial real property in connection with the foreclosure of a mortgage on the property, and the appointment of a receiver over an entity, and litigation in connection with the foregoing.
