Overview

Kelley Kronenberg’s Bankruptcy Commercial Creditor’s Rights Practice Group has extensive experience in matters involving secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, and trustees in complex commercial bankruptcy cases. The firm’s commercial creditor clients are varied, including major local and national financial institutions as well as medium and small corporations and Fortune 500 companies. In any given case, we may represent the secured creditor, an unsecured creditor or a creditors’ committee, the debtor, the suppliers of goods or services to the debtor, or another interested party.
