Timothy A. Dunbrack wins significant trial defending a client in a Workers’ Compensation case.

February 16, 2012

Kelley Kronenberg Partner Timothy A. Dunbrack recently won a significant trial defending a client in a Workers’ Compensation case. The claimant alleged that daily computer tasks performed at her job caused her to develop carpal tunnel syndrome. She also claimed that these wrist injuries precluded her from working and was seeking more than a year’s worth of lost wages from her employer.

Mr. Dunbrack and his team successfully presented medical evidence, proving that the claimant’s wrist injuries were not consistent with her computer tasks. He also presented key witnesses to rebut allegations that the amount of work the claimant was performing on the computer was so onerous and repetitive as to cause such a wrist injury.
