Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Kelley Kronenberg, a national full-service law firm, announced that Jack T. Frost has joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office as a Partner. Mr. Frost focuses his practice on defending General Liability, Products Liability and Construction Defect claims, as well as the prosecution and defense of declaratory judgment actions involving insurance coverage disputes and extra-contractual claims.
Mr. Frost is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Civil Trial Law and brings more than 30 years of experience representing insurers and insureds in all aspects of civil litigation. In addition to his experience in defending construction defect claims and related coverage issues, he also handles matters involving personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from automobile and commercial trucking accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, products liability and inadequate security.
Among his legal achievements, Mr. Frost has been named in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine since 2008 and holds the prestigious AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Additionally, he is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil Mediator and is involved with the Defense Research Institute (DRI), The Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section and U.S. Lacrosse.
Mr. Frost received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
