Favorite Quote or Mantra?

“I am enough”. As women, we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be perfect with this expectation to be a “superwoman.” We are all juggling so much on a daily basis and it is important to tell yourself you are a superwoman just the way you are. Tell yourself today. Tell yourself often.

Who are some women you admire?

Jacinda Ardern is a true trailblazer and hero of mine. She gave birth to her daughter while serving as the Prime Minister of New Zealand. She took 6 weeks of maternity leave and then went back to running a Country. She was also the first world leader to attend a UN meeting accompanied by her baby. As Beyonce says, “Who Run The World? Girls.”

What advice would you give to the next generation of women?

I would tell them that it is important to always remember and celebrate the women who charged the way before us. Let their legacies fuel the fire to keep fighting for what is right and just. We are in a better place because of the brave women who came before us and hopefully the next generation will be better off because of what we do today.
