How long have you worked for Kelley Kronenberg? Just over two years.

Who is your hero?
My mom.  She came to the United States barely knowing a word of English and overcame many obstacles to become successful in this country.  She recently retired after nearly 30 years of working as a Physical Therapist at one of the best hospitals in South Florida.  My mom is proof that hard work pays off.

Favorite Quote or Mantra? “I’ve learned that I still have a lot to learn.”- Maya Angelou

Who are some women you admire?
Sandra Day O’Connor, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and of course my hardworking female colleagues at Kelley Kronenberg.

What advice would you give to the next generation of women? Don’t let anyone underestimate you.  You are capable of anything you set your mind to.

What challenge remain for women today? How can understanding history help us to overcome them?
A challenge that remains for women today is the fact that women are constantly being pitted against each other when they should be supportive of each other.  Learning, understanding, and teaching the history of the struggles of the women who paved the way for women today is necessary to remind all women that every woman’s success should be celebrated as we haven’t always had the same opportunities to succeed in society that we have today.
