Alida Verdino, Kelley Kronenberg’s Partner and President of Business Development, possesses a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in the legal industry. Over her illustrious career spanning more than two decades, Alida has steadfastly showcased her unwavering commitment to propelling law firms to new heights through astute strategic marketing and business development initiatives. 

With a strong educational foundation, Alida holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of the Arts from Binghamton University in Italian, Spanish, and Piano. Following law school, Alida began her career as an Associate at one of the country’s top law firms, gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of the legal field and high-stakes cases. This experience provided her with a solid foundation, which proved instrumental in her subsequent roles. 

Recognizing her passion for legal marketing and business development, Alida transitioned her career trajectory. She joined a new firm, quickly ascending to the position of Partner and Director of Business Development and Firm Marketing. Under her astute leadership, the firm underwent a transformative rebranding process, positioning them for exponential growth. During her tenure, she spearheaded various strategic initiatives that amplified the firm’s visibility both domestically and internationally, particularly in the competitive Lloyd’s of London market. Moreover, Alida fostered strong relationships with established and new clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction with the firm’s representation in various insurance defense litigation matters. Her client-centric approach not only solidified the firm’s reputation but also facilitated the expansion of their client base. 

Now, as our President of Business Development at Kelley Kronenberg, Alida Verdino continues to bring her exceptional expertise and innovative thinking to our team. In her role, Alida Verdino will be responsible for strategically growing and expanding the firm’s footprint across the United States to well-sought-out jurisdictions as well as internationally into the Lloyd’s of London insurance marketplace. She will also obtain new business opportunities for the firm by expanding its presence among national insurance carriers, the programs marketplace, national fronting carriers, MGA’s and MGU’s in various lines of business, and the London insurance market. Finally, she will invest her time and efforts to increase the firm’s footprint in the real estate market and commercial litigation.
