Attorney
Ethan Goldstein is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, specializing in construction law. His practice focuses on construction defect litigation, where he represents clients in complex civil matters and provides expertise in resolving disputes related to design and construction defects.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ethan gained valuable experience at a prominent South Florida law firm, where he specialized in construction defect litigation and municipal litigation. He successfully settled numerous cases through favorable out-of-court negotiations and represented both corporate and private clients. Ethan’s legal career also includes a stint at a major New York law firm, where he conducted internal legal audits and represented clients in business litigation matters.
Ethan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During his time as an undergraduate, he was a member of Accent Speakers Bureau, Swamp Party Executive Board, Alpha Epsilon Pi and the External Affairs Agency. Ethan then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was actively involved in the Entertainment and Sport Law Society as an Executive Board member.
Outside of his legal practice, Ethan enjoys cooking, golfing, and playing pickleball. He is a former Debate National Champion and currently serves as a Fantasy Football Commissioner.
