Lacey Guercia, PHR

Lacey Guercia is Kelley Kronenberg’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She manages the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs in the following functional areas: employee relations, performance management, benefit administration, compliance, employee wellness and engagement.

Prior to joining the firm, Lacey worked in hospitality human resources for several top tier properties where she implemented new hire orientation programs, reduced turnover, increased employee engagement, and designed and implemented international recruiting programs. Lacey also brings with her experience in Workers Compensation claims and Benefits Administration.

Lacey received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University.
