Chief Human Resources Officer
Lacey Guercia is Kelley Kronenberg’s Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing Human Resources and Administration while driving strategic initiatives that align with the firm’s expansion and operational excellence goals. Leading HR operations across multiple states for an organization of over 500 employees, she manages comprehensive human resources operations including talent acquisition and retention, professional development, payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and HR service delivery.
Lacey focuses on creating unique cultures of positive engagement through strategic workforce planning, talent recruitment, management and development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Her efforts to build and strengthen organizational culture are central to the firm’s continued growth and success, as well as its recognition as an exceptional workplace, including the prestigious Top Workplace award. She oversees the implementation of HR policies and strategic initiatives that foster employee wellness and engagement while ensuring compliance across all functional areas.
An experienced HR executive with over 18 years of diverse industry experience, Lacey has a deep understanding of organizational culture and is committed to fostering environments wherein adaptability and growth drive innovation and long-term success.
Prior to joining the firm, Lacey worked in hospitality human resources for several top-tier properties where she managed HR teams and operations for properties with up to 250 employees. She implemented new hire orientation programs, reduced turnover, increased employee engagement, and designed and implemented international recruiting programs. Her expertise in HR technology solutions includes launching applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, employee apps, and web-based employee handbooks. Her hospitality background gave her extensive experience managing diverse, fast-paced work environments and developing scalable HR solutions that translate effectively to the legal industry.
Lacey received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, a certification in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University’s School of Executive Education and holds a PHR certification through the HR Certification Institute.
