Matthew Warner holds an Of Counsel role at Kelley Kronenberg and handles matters related to real estate and mortgage foreclosure & default services. With a focus on lender representation, he also assists banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional, and litigation matters.
Over the last 10 years, Matthew has gained experience in many areas of law including creditors’ rights, real estate, general liability, municipal law, insurance litigation, and appellate advocacy.
Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus in Criminal Justice from Purdue University Calumet and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University Law School. During law school, he served as Co-Chair of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program in Valparaiso, Indiana. Additionally, Matthew was the founding member of the law school’s Tax Moot Court and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
