Attorney
Nathanial Minnick is an Attorney in Kelley Kronenberg’s Workers’ Compensation division, defending insurance carriers and their insureds throughout Indiana in workers’ compensation claims and general civil litigation.
Nathanial began his legal career as a Legal Assistant, performing initial evaluations for personal injury clients and preparing settlement documentation. He then worked in legal leasing for ten years, preparing and reviewing lease drafts and related documents for commercial tenants. After law school, Nathanial joined a district attorney’s office as a Senior Trial Attorney, a position he held for over five years, prosecuting felony drug trafficking cases and supervised magistrate court teams while maintaining a caseload of approximately two hundred fifty active cases. During this time, he acted as first chair in approximately forty jury trials and received both “Attorney of the Year” and “Young Attorney of the Year” awards. Most recently, Nathanial served as an Associate Attorney defending insurance carriers in pre-suit and civil litigation matters.
Nathanial earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, graduating with distinction. He then received his Doctor of Law, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
