Vanessa Reynolds, a Florida Bar Board Certified health law attorney, is Of Counsel at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on health law with an emphasis on transactional and regulatory compliance matters. She brings over three decades of healthcare law experience representing both institutional and individual providers in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, licensure, Medicare and Medicaid disputes, and risk management.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Vanessa was a partner at a prestigious Fort Lauderdale law firm, where she worked for more than twelve years. Throughout her career, she has provided advice and counsel to healthcare providers ranging from sole practitioners to large multi-facility hospital systems as they navigate the industry’s complex regulatory environment. Her experience encompasses the full spectrum of health law matters, including regulatory compliance, licensure issues, and dispute resolution with government agencies.
Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Healthcare Management from Florida International University. She received her Juris Doctor from Nova University Law Center.
Vanessa is Board-Certified in Health Law by the Florida Bar, a distinction she has held for eighteen years, and which represents the highest level of recognition of competency and experience in this specialized area. She has been recognized with an AV Peer Review Rating with Martindale-Hubbell, achieved by only five percent of attorneys.
Vanessa is a frequent speaker to healthcare professional groups regarding regulatory compliance and previously served as an adjunct professor in St. Thomas University’s healthcare administration master’s degree program. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Society for Healthcare Risk Management and Patient Safety.
