FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Kelley Kronenberg is now serving clients in Massachusetts, extending its Personal Injury Protection (PIP) defense practice into the Commonwealth. The expansion gives insurers operating in Massachusetts access to the firm’s dedicated PIP and auto defense capabilities.

The Massachusetts practice is led by Sam Itayim, Chair of the firm’s Personal Lines Auto, PIP, and Fraud/SIU Divisions. Itayim is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and brings his extensive experience directly to the defense of his clients’ files in the state.

Massachusetts operates under a no-fault auto insurance system, where PIP coverage plays a central role in how claims are handled and disputed. Insurers defending these claims benefit from counsel who understand both the mechanics of PIP and the strategies that drive strong outcomes. Kelley Kronenberg’s entry into the market brings that focused experience to carriers writing business in the Commonwealth.

The move reflects the firm’s continued growth beyond Florida and New York, and its commitment to serving the insurance industry across the markets where its clients do business. With an established Personal Lines Auto, PIP, and Fraud/SIU practice already in place, Kelley Kronenberg is positioned to deliver the same depth of defense work to its Massachusetts clients.
