Kelley Kronenberg’s Lacey Guercia Promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer

Fort Lauderdale, FL– Kelley Kronenberg is pleased to announce that Lacey Guercia has been promoted to the firm’s executive team as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Guercia joined Kelley Kronenberg in March 2021 as the HR Operations Director, responsible for the administration of human resources policies and procedures including performance management, benefit administration, and employee wellness. She brings over 15 years of Human Resources experience from several high-profile hospitality properties, particularly implementing new hire training programs and recruiting for both domestic and international employees, among other operational duties.   

Guercia received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University.
