Partner Robert Friedman, who is located in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and also works out of the firm’s West Palm Beach office, focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation and Subrogation. Robert also has experience in the area of Nursing Home Defense.
Robert is an active member of the Miami Dolphin’s Foundation, the Coconut Creek Chamber of Commerce and the Tamarac Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member Construction Association of South Florida (CASF) and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). Additionally, Robert authored an article published in The South Florida Hospital News and Healthcare Report regarding fraud in the workers’ compensation system. An avid educator, Robert frequently conducts seminars for the firm’s clients regarding Fraud, Subrogation and Civil Litigation case law.
Robert received his undergraduate degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was a member of the Student Judiciary, serving as both executive council member and presiding officer. He then obtained his law degree from Florida State University College of Law where he was a President and member of the Mock Trial Team.
