Robert D. Friedman is a Senior Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and focuses his practice on Civil Litigation and Subrogation. Robert also has extensive experience in the area of Nursing Home Defense.
Robert is an active member of the Superyacht Association and the Miami Dolphin’s Foundation, a charitable organization in Florida. He is also a member of the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF) and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC). Additionally, The South Florida Hospital News and Healthcare Report published an article Robert authored regarding fraud in the workers’ compensation system. An avid educator, Robert frequently conducts seminars for the firm’s clients regarding fraud, subrogation and civil litigation case law.
Robert received a bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he was a member of the Student Judiciary, serving as both executive counsel member and presiding officer. In 2002, he then obtained his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. Robert is licensed to practice in the state of Florida, the District of Columbia and the Middle District of Florida.
