Attorney
Amanda Rosenberg is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on the defense of general liability and third-party insurance defense matters, including New York Labor Law and premises liability cases. She began her career with the firm as a law clerk and continues to grow in her role.
Amanda’s experience includes drafting legal documents in support of litigation including complaints, discovery requests, motions for summary judgment, motions to compel, motions in limine, and mediation reports. She coordinates with clients for meetings, depositions, and hearings, and assists with trial preparation, discovery, and case strategy development. Her experience also includes serving as a legal intern with the University of Miami School of Law Children and Youth Law Clinic, where she represented seventeen foster children in juvenile court on dependency, healthcare, mental health, and education matters, and appeared on behalf of clients at administrative hearings.
Amanda graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Environmental Studies with a minor in Management, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List for eight semesters and served as Sustainability and Community Service Chair for Pi Beta Phi. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, served on the University of Miami Moot Court Board, as Vice President of Miami Law Women, and competed as a Quarter Finalist in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition.
