Edwyna Estime

Attorney

Edwyna Estime is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division. She handles a broad range of insurance defense matters including automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, fraud defense, and complex commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Edwyna worked as an Associate Attorney at multiple insurance defense firms, handling general and premises liability, products liability, automotive liability, and first-party property cases for national and local insurance companies. She drafted motions and litigation documents, taken and defended depositions, appeared at hearings and motion calendars, negotiated settlements, and prepared comprehensive litigation defense strategies and reports. She also managed a high-volume PIP caseload, where she handled over 200 cases and defended court-ordered mediations in personal injury protection disputes.

Edwyna earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. She received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she served as a Junior Associate Editor for the Nova Law Review, was an Advocate with the Moot Court Society and NSU Trial Association and held leadership positions in the Caribbean Law Students Association and Fashion Law Association. She competed in the Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition and was selected as a Mentor through the NSU University School Law Moot Court Fellowship.
