Glenny Salas

Glenny Salas is the Director of HR Technology & Payroll at Kelley Kronenberg, overseeing multi-state payroll operations, HR systems management, and strategic technology initiatives. She brings over twenty-two years of payroll experience, including more than ten years in leadership roles, with expertise in payroll tax compliance, HR technology implementation, and process optimization.

Prior to her current role, Glenny served as Senior HRIS & Payroll Manager and HR Technology & Payroll Specialist at Kelley Kronenberg. Her diverse background includes role such as HR Generalist, Payroll and Benefits Administrator for the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, HR Generalist for Carrier & Technology Solutions, HR/Payroll Coordinator for Marriott Fort Lauderdale North, and Human Resources Director for Gran Porvenir, where she established the HR department from the ground up. She has also worked as a legal assistant and HR Business Partner, gaining comprehensive experience across multiple industries.

Glenny earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo. She completed her master’s degree in business administration from Instituto Europeo de Posgrado.

Throughout her career, Glenny has demonstrated expertise in implementing payroll integrations, reducing processing errors, and enhancing system efficiencies. She has successfully managed payroll for organizations ranging from 150 to over 1,600 employees. Her strategic approach has consistently delivered cost savings and process improvement, supporting Kelley Kronenberg’s commitment to operational excellence.
