We are thrilled to announce that Jeanette L. Dixon has joined Kelley Kronenberg as Partner and Business Unit Leader. Jeanette brings over 20 years of nationally recognized accomplishment in insurance coverage and bad faith defense, with nationally recognized accomplishments in complex insurance coverage disputes, coverage litigation, strategic litigation management, and high-exposure claims.  Her arrival significantly strengthens our general liability and third-party insurance defense practice in our New York City office. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jeanette founded and led the New York office of a prominent national civil litigation defense firm, where she developed a sophisticated insurance coverage and bad faith practice while handling a diverse range of defense litigation matters including premises liability, construction litigation, professional liability, healthcare liability, and employment law.  Her strategic approach to insurance coverage analysis and defense litigation has earned her recognition as a leading figure in the field. In 2024, she was named “The Most Inspiring Woman Leader in Law to Watch” by The New York Leaders Magazine and was selected as a finalist for the New York Law Journal’s 2024 New York Legal Awards, honors that reflect her outstanding contributions to the legal profession and the insurance industry. 

Jeanette’s experience as a practice founder and leader, combined with her extensive background in strategic litigation management, complex insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith matters, provides clients with sophisticated counsel and a results-driven approach to insurance defense. Her proven success in building and leading a highly regarded defense and coverage practice, coupled with her recognition as a leader in the field, further strengthens our capabilities and enhances the exceptional service we provide to our clients. 

Jeanette is joined by Partner Nathalie Hackett, Associates Joana Coloma and Vieux Toure, and Paralegal Angela Hickson, who together strengthen our team in New York.
