Overview

Heath Eskalyo serves as a Principal Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Kelley Kronenberg. Heath plays a major role in business development efforts and the continued expansion of the firm’s practice areas and services. He has been instrumental in its growth to national presence.

Supervising the firm’s financial and risk management operations, and, with other firm leadership, Heath leads the development of a financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, as well as an ongoing growth plan. He oversees firm budgets and expenditures, especially as they relate to expansion efforts and marketing initiatives.

Working with firm leaders, Heath helped design, create and implement business development initiatives such as an Attorney Origination and Cross Marketing Policy, Business and Practice Development Training Program, and an entrepreneurial firm culture that supports client-service and professional development. He was the brainchild behind the Kelley Kronenberg Akademy, created to provide ongoing personal and professional training for partners who lead business units.

In 2019, Heath was responsible for adding a leading children’s practice. Lawyers in Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and Daytona Beach now make up the Justice for Kids Division, with plans to expand in Florida and Illinois.

Heath oversaw the design, construction and delivery in July 2019 of the firm’s 35,000-square-foot headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. The state-of-the-art building is key to advancing the firm’s corporate culture, improving communication and transparency, and developing professionals.

Heath is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. As a Florida Certified Educator, he frequently speaks to managers, claims examiners, attorneys, employers and judges on various aspects of OSHA, Defense Base Act and other Civil Liability matters at local and national trade and educational seminars.

Heath directs the firm’s philanthropic efforts and involvement in community events. He is an active member of Special Compass, an organization providing once in a lifetime opportunities for people with special needs by partnering them with Power Buddies to participate in athletic events. Heath is also very involved with Florida’s Children First, a non-profit that works to save abused and neglected children in welfare & foster youths in Florida. He competed in the 2017 Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii on behalf of the Children’s Tumor Foundation’s NF Endurance Team.

He founded TRI SHARKS, Inc., a non-profit organization of triathletes who are senior-level professionals committed to professional growth, business development, networking and philanthropy.
