Heath S. Eskalyo is the Chief Performance Officer (CPO) at Kelley Kronenberg, a nationwide firm that has experienced unprecedented growth under the firm’s current leadership. He transitioned from his previous role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build upon the firm’s success and drive further expansion. In this capacity, Heath manages internal productivity, ensures capital availability and allocation, oversees predictive reporting, and develops forward-thinking strategies to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities. His innovative mindset focuses on accelerating organizational growth by emphasizing value creation to support the firm’s future business and legal direction. Heath’s transition to the CPO role reflects the increasing complexity and sophistication of the firm’s operations and the availability of real-time predictive data in the digital world. With his well-rounded business understanding, engagement skills, and sharp analytical insights, Heath integrates financial and non-financial data from various sources to support decision-making and value creation, working closely with HR professionals to manage the people-related aspects of productivity programs and long-term capability planning.
With a focus on cost containment for clients, Heath spearheaded the development and implementation of several key initiatives, including the Business and Practice Development Training Program, Negotiation Skills Course and Certification, and the Kelley Kronenberg Akademy, which provides ongoing personal and professional training for partners who lead business units. These programs ensure ongoing education, heightened skillsets, and an elevated product for clients by cultivating a firm culture focused on exceptional client service and professional development. Furthermore, he coordinated the development of the firm’s employee mobile application, which puts critical information at employees’ fingertips and fosters team communication and collaboration.
Under Heath’s leadership, the firm unveiled its state-of-the-art, 35,000-square-foot headquarters in Fort Lauderdale in July 2019, followed by the completion of its sister building in 2023. These meticulously designed and constructed facilities are the cornerstone of the firm’s commitment to fostering a strong corporate culture, enhancing communication and transparency, and nurturing the growth of its professionals.
Heath is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. As a Florida-certified educator, he frequently speaks at local and national trade and educational seminars on various aspects of OSHA, workers’, and other civil liability matters.
Heath directs the firm’s philanthropic efforts and involvement in community events. He is an ambassador of Special Compass, an organization that provides once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for differently abled athletes by partnering with Power Buddies to participate in athletic events. Heath is also very involved with Florida’s Children First, a non-profit that works to save abused and neglected children in welfare & foster youths in Florida. He competed in multiple Ironman events, including the World Championship in Kona on behalf of The Children’s Tumor Foundation.
