Overview

Jason Lubliner is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg with a statewide practice covering all facets of construction. Within his practice, Jason represents a diverse clientele, including owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, product manufacturers, and community associations.

Jason also handles construction defect disputes, skillfully representing clients throughout the Chapter 558 pre-suit process, as well as in litigation and arbitration proceedings. In addition, he handles various other disputes, such as lien matters, corporate director and officer liability, bankruptcy, warranty claims, violations of restrictive covenants, real estate disputes, and breach of contract actions. In addition to litigation, Jason represents community associations including homeowners, condominiums, cooperatives, and mobile home associations where he provides day-to-day legal advice.

Jason obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech University’s Pamplin College of Business. Subsequently, he achieved his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution.  He furthered his knowledge by obtaining a Juris Doctor degree at Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.
