Jeremy Mishali is a Practice Group Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Insurance Defense Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy worked as an Associate Attorney in a civil litigation firm in Fort Lauderdale where he primarily handled First Party property insurance defense matters. Jeremy also has experience representing clients in negligent security and workers’ compensation. He also worked as an Attorney at the Broward Public Defender’s Office 17th Judicial Circuit, where he litigated both misdemeanor and felony jury trials in County and Circuit Court.
Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science and Psychology from Florida State University. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During law school, Jeremy co-founded an American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) student organization and served as a Supervisor for General Relief Advocacy Project (now Public Counsel CARES), a volunteer program that provides resources and information on benefits including General Relief, CalFresh, CalWORKs and Medi-Cal.
Jeremy is also a Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician, accredited by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
