Jordan Lande is an Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Insurance Defense Litigation. Jordan assists insurers in all aspects of coverage disputes, including responses to civil remedy notices of insurer violations, pre-suit investigations and coverage evaluations, declaratory judgment and bad faith litigation. He defends property insurers throughout Florida in first-party coverage matters, where many of the claims involve sinkhole, windstorm, fire, mold, theft and water losses.

Jordan also has experience in handling complex civil and commercial matters, including the defense of premises liability, asbestos and talc litigation, and construction defect cases.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Associate Attorney where he gained experience in defending insurance companies in a variety of litigation matters.

Jordan received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.  While in law school, he was a Legal Intern for The Department of Homeland Security-Office of Chief Counsel in Miami, Florida.
