Madeline Medoff is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on estate planning, guardianship, and probate matters.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg as an Attorney, Madeline served as a Law Clerk with the firm, assisting with estate planning, guardianship, and probate matters. She also gained valuable experience in various other legal roles, including working as a Research Assistant at the University of Miami School of Law, where she conducted cite-checking and editing for various publications, including the Journal of Free Speech Law. She served as a Law Clerk at several South Florida law firms, where she gained additional experience in probate and guardianship matters, including drafting petitions and orders, observing guardianship proceedings, and handling various aspects of legal documentation. In these roles, she attended proceedings such as petitions to determine incapacity, petitions to appoint guardians, and emergency temporary guardian hearings.
Madeline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a Minor in Crime, Law, and Deviance from the University of Central Florida, graduating with a 3.88 GPA. Her academic excellence was recognized through multiple appearances on both the President’s List and Dean’s List. She demonstrated leadership skills as Vice President of Social Standards and Standards Board Chair Member for Alpha Epsilon Phi. Following her undergraduate studies, Madeline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During her time in law school, she was awarded the Litigation Skills Adjunct Faculty Scholarship, CALI Excellence for the Future Award in First Amendment Fundamentalism, and Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Family Law. She earned the Law Library Practice Skills Certificate. She was also an active member of the trial team and competed in the Zehmer Mock Trial Competition.
Madeline is currently serving on the Ethics Committee of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.
