Overview

Mark Kieslor is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg where he assists in handling matters related to all aspects of liability and casualty defense with a focus on third-party insurance defense. His career encompasses extensive experience in general liability litigation, foreclosure litigation, personal injury law, and premise liability claims. He brings a rich blend of defense and plaintiff perspectives to the firm, having represented both sides in various cases. 

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Mark was an Associate Attorney specializing in general liability litigation defense. From drafting and researching responsive pleadings, motions, and persuasive briefs, to overseeing site inspections and deposing adverse parties, Mark was instrumental in guiding cases from inception to resolution, including in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. 

He has also represented plaintiffs in premise liability claims and successfully settled over 2,500 cases, generating over $6.5M in settlements and over $2.5M in attorney’s fees. His responsibilities spanned from case inception to resolution, including litigation and numerous summary judgment and discovery hearings. 

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The University of Tampa and went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.  

Beyond his legal practice, Mark is actively involved in the community. He is currently the Interim Chairman of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin Counties. He also serves as a Board Member for Craig S. Bernard Inns of Court and officiates college and high school football.
