Overview

Matthew B. Lipari is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on first-party property insurance defense.  

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg as an Attorney, Matthew served as a Law Clerk with the firm, where he gained valuable experience in litigation matters related to real estate, estate planning, probate, and insurance defense. In this role, he conducted in-depth legal research, drafted various case-related documents, and observed key legal proceedings including hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences. Matthew’s legal experience also includes clerkships at prominent law firms in South Florida. In these roles, he worked on cases involving medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and maritime law. His responsibilities included legal research, drafting case-related documents, and assisting with client interactions. 

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Central Florida. During his undergraduate years, he demonstrated leadership skills as the Vice President of his fraternity chapter, managing a substantial budget and overseeing fundraising efforts. Matthew went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and as Valedictorian. While in law school, Matthew received CALI Excellence Awards in seven courses, including Legal Research & Writing, Corporations, Civil Procedure, Secured Transactions, and Evidence. He was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, NSU Trial Association, and Journal of International Law and Comparative Studies. Additionally, Matthew further honed his legal skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Randolph Braccialarghe and participated in various legal organizations, including the Transactional Law Practice Group and the Association of Business Law Students. He also served as the Student Bar Initiative Chairman and was a member of the Booher Inn of Court.
