Overview

Morgan Islam serves as an Attorney in the First-Party Property Insurance Defense Division at Kelley Kronenberg. She focuses her practice on representing insurance carriers in residential and commercial property damage claims throughout Florida. 

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Morgan gained diverse legal experience through roles at a Maryland law firm and as a Certified Student Attorney. Her experience includes drafting extensive legal documents, conducting document review, participating in client meetings, and developing case strategies. She has also demonstrated strong negotiation skills through her work as a volunteer mediator in complex cases. 

Morgan earned her Bachelor of the Arts in International Affairs, cum laude, from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, where she was a member of the University Honors Program. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Dean Veryl Miles Scholarship. 

A dedicated advocate for access to justice, Morgan has volunteered extensively at the D.C. Superior Court Self-Help Center, assisting unrepresented individuals with legal matters. She also served as an IRS-certified volunteer with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, helping low-income clients with tax preparation.
