Piero H. Mendiguetti

Piero Mendiguetti is Vice President of Human Resources at Kelley Kronenberg reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer. He will partner with CHRO in overseeing all HR functions.

Piero is a strategic Human Resources executive with a proven track record of building scalable people operations, leading organizational and leadership development, and aligning talent strategy with business growth. He brings over a decade of strategic HR leadership experience across multi-state, high-growth environments and holds a SHRM-SCP Certification.

In the beginning of his career, Piero served as a Recruiting Manager, leading a team of recruiters and managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple states. He continued his career as HR Manager for a national dental service organization during a period of significant expansion, where he helped build the human infrastructure needed to support rapid growth. In this role, he implemented HRIS and Learning Management Systems and launched leadership development initiatives that strengthened management capabilities and improved retention.

As HR Director for a multi-state property management company, Piero introduced comprehensive professional development and performance management programs and implemented mentorship initiatives to support internal mobility. Most recently, as Vice President of Human Resources for a real estate development firm, he established the company’s first executive-level HR function and led the development of talent strategies that supported internal advancement and enterprise-wide DEI efforts.

Piero is passionate about empowering leaders, building inclusive and high-performing cultures, and delivering people strategies that drive long-term organizational success.

Piero earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and his Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University.
