Timothy Welch is a Partner in Kelley Kronenberg’s General Liability division, representing clients across multiple industries including insurance, manufacturing, food services, transportation, telecommunications, distribution, and construction. He focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on construction cases, specifically New York Labor Law. Timothy’s practice also encompasses products liability, trucking and commercial transportation, and premises liability cases.
Timothy began his career as an Attorney, where he handled products liability, personal injury, and insurance coverage matters. He then served as a Senior Litigation Associate for six years, acting as National Counsel for numerous clients including international airlines, aircraft component manufacturers, and governmental agencies, with notable experience defending aviation security companies and managing complex aviation litigation. Timothy subsequently worked as a Senior Litigation Attorney for three years, focusing on products liability, breach of contract, and commercial litigation with emphasis on complex insurance disputes. He continued as a Senior Litigation Attorney for five years, representing corporations and insurance companies in construction labor law, premises liability, and toxic tort litigation. Timothy then served as a Partner for five years, providing comprehensive legal services in civil and commercial litigation with particular emphasis on construction litigation and New York Labor Law.
Timothy earned his Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University and his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University.
