Todd Schwartz is an Attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where he assists in handling matters related to First Party Insurance Defense Litigation including coverage disputes, responses to civil remedy notices of insurer violations, pre-suit investigations and coverage evaluations, declaratory judgment and bad faith litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Todd worked as a Litigation Attorney for an insurance defense firm where he gained experience handling cases related to First and Third Party Insurance claims, including Property, Personal Injury Protection, and Bodily Injury. He also has experience representing banks, and mortgage lenders and servicers, in all aspects of litigation.
Todd received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University and then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law, magna cum laude. While in law school, he was a Dean’s Scholar and received an award for excellence in the study of estate planning law and torts. He also successfully completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy program and interned for The Honorable Edmund M. Dane in Nassau County Family Court.
