Varisa Lall Dass is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation. She litigates matters regarding homeowners’ claims, mold remediation, and issues related to Assignment of Benefits.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Varisa worked as a First Party Associate, Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Public Defender, and General Assignment News Reporter where she gained experience in investigations involving fraud and claim manipulation, first and second chairing trials, and arguing dispositive motions relating to Fla. Stat. §627.7152.
Varisa is an alumni of both the University of Florida and the University of South Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, as a member of the Student Bar Association, Varisa was certified by the Florida Supreme Court to advocate on behalf of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
She is active in the community and a member of several bar organizations. She currently serves as the Membership Co-Committee chair for the Palm Beach County chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and is a member of the Palm Beach County National Organization for Women.
