Varisa Lall Dass is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, where she concentrates on matters related to all aspects of first-party property insurance defense. She litigates matters regarding homeowners’ claims, mold remediation, and issues related to assignment of benefits.
Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Varisa worked as a first-party Associate, Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Public Defender, and General Assignment News Reporter, where she gained experience in investigations involving fraud and claim manipulation, first and second chairing trials, and arguing dispositive motions relating to Fla. Stat. §627.7152.
Varisa is an alumni of both the University of Florida and the University of South Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, as a member of the Student Bar Association, Varisa was certified by the Florida Supreme Court to advocate on behalf of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
Varisa serves as Port Commissioner for Group 2 of Palm Beach County. She also serves on the Palm Beach County Planning Commission, board of the Business Development Board, board of the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority, and serves on the steering committee for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches’ Leadership West Palm Beach program.
In her free time, she enjoys gardening, painting, and spending time with friends and family.
