Overview

Varisa Lall Dass is a Practice Group Partner at Kelley Kronenberg where she assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation. She litigates matters regarding homeowners’ claims, mold remediation, and issues related to Assignment of Benefits.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Varisa worked as a First Party Associate, Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Public Defender, and General Assignment News Reporter where she gained experience in investigations involving fraud and claim manipulation, first and second chairing trials, and arguing dispositive motions relating to Fla. Stat. §627.7152.

Varisa is an alumni of both the University of Florida and the University of South Florida, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, as a member of the Student Bar Association, Varisa was certified by the Florida Supreme Court to advocate on behalf of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.

Lall Dass serves as Port Commissioner for Group 2 of Palm Beach County. She additionally serves on the Board of the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority, the host committee of Florida Children’s First “Advocates for Children Awards,” and the steering committee for Leadership West Palm Beach. Lall Dass is also a member of multiple local bar and business organizations.
