Overview

Allison Pedlar is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, specializing in general liability and third-party insurance defense matters 

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Allison worked closely with insurance adjusters in the defense of first-party property matters, gaining valuable insights into the insurance industry. This allowed her to successfully manage cases from inception to closure, and to artfully negotiate settlements for the benefit of her clientele.  

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from Florida International University, where she was recognized for her academic excellence with the Florida Bright Future Medallion Scholarship. Continuing her educational journey, Allison obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. During her time at NSU, Allison actively participated in several legal societies, including the Criminal Law Society, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and the Fashion Law Association. Additionally, she worked as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Towbin-Singer of Florida’s Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. She also has a strong family law background, having represented indigent clients in the dissolution of marriage, parental responsibility, timesharing, and other family-related legal matters.
