Jonathan “Jon” Reiner is an attorney at Kelley Kronenberg in the General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense Division, focusing his practice on automobile liability defense, premises liability, negligent security, and trucking and commercial transportation matters.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Jon operated his own boutique practice advising clients on commercial real estate transactions and business matters, including contract disputes and pre-litigation matters. He previously worked as an associate attorney representing condominium and homeowners associations in contested matters including covenant enforcement, nuisance claims, landlord-tenant disputes, assessment and lien collection, and complex litigation. His experience included handling association lien foreclosure actions through the Florida judicial foreclosure procedure, managing commercial real estate transactions, and advising association boards on governance and dispute resolution. He also served as a summer associate at Kelley Kronenberg, where he conducted research on civil litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and liability analysis, and as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Pre-Legal Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and was a member of the Cardozo Jewish Legal Society.
