Overview

Nurelys “Nury” Pereiro is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing her practice on automobile claims litigation. She has over 5 years of experience handling a broad range of insurance defense and fraud litigation matters.

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Nury spent three years serving Insurance Carriers at a major Florida law firm handling personal injury protection claims, first-party, and fraud litigation matters. During this time, Nury was the Partner in charge of mass litigation while also managing a team of attorneys and staff. Previously, she spent six years working for boutique Florida firms, handling family law, criminal law, and bankruptcy cases.

Nury attended Florida State University, graduating with dual degrees in International Affairs and Spanish Literature and a minor in Psychology. While managing an extremely demanding course load, she excelled academically earning placement on the Dean’s List. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from University of Miami School of Law while actively participating in multiple student organizations including the Cuban American Bar Association and the Hispanic National Law Student Association for which she served as Secretary. Nury was also a member of the International Moot Court and participated in the Moot Madrid Arbitration Competition in Spain. While pursuing her degree, she also participated in the University’s Immigration Clinic, serving as supervised student counsel. Subsequently, Nury went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration (“MBA”) from the University of Miami in 2020.

Nury is fluent in Spanish.
