Sam Itayim

Sam Itayim is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) Defense. He has over ten years of diverse experience handling a broad range of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters. 

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Sam was a Shareholder at a large civil litigation firm in Fort Lauderdale, where he handled mass litigation matters, including PIP, SIU, first-party, health law, and fraud cases. He also has extensive experience representing commercial clients in business acquisitions, contract negotiations, risk mitigation and analysis, commercial transactions, real estate transactions, and legal due diligence. 

Sam obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from the University of Florida. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law.
