Paul A. Milberg

Paul Milberg is a Partner and Business Unit Leader at Kelley Kronenberg, focusing his practice on all aspects of liability and casualty defense, with a focus on third-party insurance defense. 

His trial practice is expansive, encompassing the areas of medical and general liability matters, including medical and dental malpractice, nursing home negligence, automobile liability, construction site accidents, construction defects, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice, negligent security. He has extensive experience handling catastrophic loss and high-exposure settlement negotiations, mediation, and arbitration. Since 1991, he has represented public and private companies, hospitals, municipalities, school boards, national retailers, global truck manufacturers, supermarket chains, and personal and commercial property and casualty insurance providers, including underwriters and brokers. Additionally, he has successfully handled professional liability claims for accountants, physicians, and other licensed professionals. 

Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts from Flagler College, majoring in History and Anthropology. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
