Kelley Kronenberg’s First-Party Property Division has a specialized team of attorneys exclusively dedicated to the needs of our commercial property and casualty (P&C) insurance carrier clients. Our Commercial Property Team defends our commercial carrier clients in complex coverage disputes and bad faith actions. Always prepared to advocate for our clients throughout the litigation process, our Team first aims to shield our clients from the costs and uncertainties of litigation, providing strategic pre-suit counsel to carriers navigating large loss claims.
The Kelley Kronenberg Commercial Property Team represents a wide range of admitted carriers and excess and surplus (E&S) lines carriers, including excess casualty coverage providers.
