Director of Talent Acquisition
Tommy Latino serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Kelley Kronenberg. In this role, Tommy is responsible for recruiting and hiring legal positions at all levels, including lawyers, paralegals, and legal support professionals. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, Tommy also develops and implements talent acquisition strategies through all recruitment channels supporting the firm’s mission.
Tommy has over 10 years of talent acquisition experience with legal, financial services, and higher education. Before joining the firm, Tommy worked at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in their Professional Development office, overseeing the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new team members increasing their ‘at grad’ performance, and developing innovative approaches to student advising.
Tommy is driven by the overarching goal of streamlining the hiring process, with a steadfast commitment to upholding the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. His work not only reflects a deep understanding of these critical issues but also a relentless passion for making a lasting impact in the realm of human resources and beyond.
Tommy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Economics from Beloit College, a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary.
