Gary L. Brown leads Kelley Kronenberg’s Construction Practice Group, and focuses his practice on complex commercial and general business litigation. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Construction Law. Gary assists businesses in both complex and routine matters with substantial experience in construction-related issues. He is a published author, and an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law where he teaches a course on Construction Law.
Sonia Oliveri leads Kelley Kronenberg’s Immigration Practice Group, focusing her practice on commercial client’s Business Immigration and International Business needs. Sonia assists corporate clients, foreign corporations and investors concerning complex corporate transactions and complex immigration matters, with an emphasis on the EB-5 program, the E-2 Treaty Investor Program, and L-1 Intracompany Transferee Visa Applications. Sonia is fluent in Italian, Farsi, Spanish, French, Portuguese and English.
