Overview

Jessica Berger is an Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, handling matters related to first-party property insurance defense. 

Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Jessica worked as a Legislative Analyst Intern for the Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs. During this time, she conducted thorough research and drafted proposed legislation and amendments to legislation. Jessica has also gained legal experience by working as a law clerk while in school focusing on legislative lobbying and personal injury.  

Jessica graduated from the University of South Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law. During her time in law school, she actively participated in various on-campus activities, holding roles such as Vice President of the FSU Trafficking in America Task Force, member of the FSU Law International Human Rights Advocacy Clinic, Vice President of the FSU Space and Aviation Society, Student Mentor for the FSU Law Student Bar Association, and member of the FSU Law Entertainment and Sports Law Society. Notably, she was also honored with the FSU Law Distinguished Pro Bono award. In free time, she enjoys watching college football and spending time with her dog, Malibu Barkbie.
